Creating a Community

A community can be defined "tracks." The  tracks of wagons and stage coaches then the defining magnificence of the steel rails of the railroad."Tracks" define us; it ties us back to the richness of our past and the direction of our future.  Our community is much larger than we ever imagined possible but the "tracks" remain the same. The two tracks are always necessary to complete our journey and if either track is missing we will not advance. The two tracks are CHARITY and COURAGE. Lift your head up and peer down the tracks where they seem to come together, that point is EXCELLENCE. We will not settle for "good enough" but set our standard at excellence by laying the tracks of Courage and Charity. Each family should desire to set and example for their children not by words but by deed. What kind of "tracks" are you making?.

For I will not offer burnt offerings to the Lord my God which cost me nothing." 2 Samuel 24:24

What does love look like?

It has the hands to help others.
It has the feet to hasten to the poor and needy.
It has eyes to see misery and want.
It has the ears to hear the sighs and sorrows of men.
That is what love looks like.
        . . . Saint Augustine
